About
Faculty of Engineering at shubra was founded in 1976 with the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 367 of 1976 on the inclusion of the Higher Institute of art in Shubra to Ain Shams University under the name of "faculty of Engineering shoubra", then it became under the University of zagazig at the same year by the issuance of the Republican Decree No. 1069 of 1976, which provided for the annexation of the college to Zagazig University, Benha branch, until the issuance of the Republican Decree No. 84 of 2005 on the establishment of Banha University as an independent and searate from the University of zagazig.
