The College was established on the basis of Presidential Decree No. 166 of 1979 and was formerly a division of the Islamic Girls College under the name of (Division of Social and Psychological Studies). The Department of Social and Psychological Studies became independent and became the Faculty of Humanities.And independence division of Social Studies and psychological and became the Faculty of human studies, and availability of busy people .
