The French University established in 2002 under presidential decree 26 issued on 11th of February 2002, Officially openned in 2006, it became a university in May 2015, works in cooperation with French Universities to support the French Egyptian cooperation in high education and research fields and also supported by the Minister of foriegn affairs and international french development
